The Chinese Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (CSIAM) is going to launch a brand-new journal, "CSIAM Transactions on Life Sciences", following the success of its flagship journal “CSIAM Transactions on Applied Mathematics”.  The mission of the new journal is to publish cutting-edge research and review articles, and promote interdisciplinary research in the field of mathematical life sciences. Professor Pingwen Zhang, President of CSIAM, will serve as the founding Editor-in-Chief of this new journal, Professor Yuan Lou of Shanghai Jiao Tong University will serve as the Managing Editor.
